Hollaboi is an Educational Management (Economics) Graduate of The University of Portharcourt, Nigeria (UNIPORT). He grew up listening to the Likes of Chief Ebenezer Obe, King Sunny Ade, Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, and several others. Music became an escape for a tough childhood. He started his music career in 2011 when he released his first Official single ‘Molowononi’ which became the biggest song on the UNIPORT campus. In 2012, Hollaboi won the award of ‘Afropop Artiste of the year’ in the first ever edition of Top Naija Music Awards in Lagos, in which he was nominated alongside Mavins Mega superstar Korede Bello. In 2014, He was listed as one of UNIPORT’s greatest Artiste ever, by a Campus Magazine ‘Gist Uniport’, hence joining the ranks of Timaya, Timi Dakolo etc.
